Warehouse Pilates has a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your class within 12 hours of class time, you will lose a class if you hold a class package. Clients with Unlimited Memberships that cancel inside of the late cancelation window, will be charged $20 per cancelation.
Note: Canceling within 2 hours of class time is considered a no show.
No shows will be charged $30 for Unlimited Members. Class Pack clients will lose a class + be charged a $10 fee.

Note: Out of respect to our clients and staff, we reserve the right to cancel your bookings should you repeatedly no show to class.

You can book classes through our ‘Warehouse Pilates’ App available on Google Play or the App Store; or you can book Directly via the Website. Booking windows range from 20-30 days in advance depending on your client status.
