Warehouse Pilates offers a variety of classes for all skill levels. Our classes consist of stretching, cardio, glutes and core. We suggest that all NEW clients take The Beginner class on their first visit.
(Foundation)
A total body workout that is ideal for beginners, but challenging enough for the more experienced who seek to refine their Pilates fundamentals.
(All Levels)
A class that builds on what you’ve learned in The Warehouse. The tempo is quicker and introduces more challenging exercises.
(Intermediate/Advanced)
Get ready to sweat! A class using the Pilates jumpboard that will get your heart rate pumping, focusing on glutes, abs and arms.
(Intermediate/Advanced)
Designed to use three different pieces of equipment, or to focus on three different body groups, this class will help you grow in your Pilates practice, while toning, lengthen, and stretching your body. This class does include some cardio and moves at a faster pace!

Ready to burn out those hard to activate areas? This 50 minute class focuses on core strength and lifting and toning those glutes.
(All Levels)
This class is taught by our teachers in training. It will include reformer, mat and spring board. Beginners are welcome!
The teacher will lead you through the entire class while encouraging each student to find a deeper connection with their breath.
Enjoy 50 minutes of combined beginner Pilates exercises and power stretches. We use balls, fitness rings, and foam rollers to get a total body stretch. Enhance your Pilates work with these wonderful stretches.
