Warehouse Pilates offers a variety of classes for all skill levels. Our classes consist of stretching, cardio, glutes and core. We suggest that all NEW clients take the, beginner Warehouse class on their first visit.
Designed to use three different pieces of equipment, or to focus on three different body groups, this class will help you grow in your Pilates practice, while toning, lengthen, and stretching your body.
Enjoy 50 minutes of combined beginner Pilates exercises and power stretches. We use balls, fitness rings, and foam rollers to get a total body stretch. Enhance your Pilates work with these wonderful stretches.
