This Guided Gentle Flow class is a great way to start your day! The teacher will lead you through the entire class while encouraging each student to find a deeper connection with their breath. There will be a combination of movement and held postures to help warm the body, create strength and increase flexibility. The class focuses on proper alignment and every class will visit a variety of traditional Hatha Yoga Asana’s (postures). This class is open to and will benefit all practice levels.
